Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays are not under our direct control.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in all cases.
Tracking
- Once the order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Return Policy (Not Applicable)
- Returns are not available for any products.
- Customers are requested to check size chart, product details, and color selection carefully before placing the order.
Exchange Policy (Only in Limited Cases)
- We provide exchange only under specific conditions.
- Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange is allowed only for: 1. Size, 2. Issue Color Mismatch (only if the received color is different from the ordered product)
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
To request an exchange, a clear unboxing/opening video is compulsory.
The video must:
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Show the complete unboxing process without any cuts
- Clearly display the received product
Without a proper opening video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Quality Check & Damage Claims
- All products go through a strict double quality check before dispatch.
- Therefore, damage-related claims are not applicable.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Product must pass inspection after return pickup

Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products may be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping through Call/Email/WhatsApp . After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.
