RETURNS & REFUND

No, returns are not applicable for any products. Customers are requested to check the size chart, product details, and color before placing an order.

Refunds are not available because returns are not accepted. In eligible cases, only exchange will be provided.

You can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to policy conditions and stock availability.

Yes, a clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory to request any exchange. Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

All products are double quality checked before dispatch; therefore, damage claims are not applicable.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We provide Express Delivery only, and we aim to deliver your order within 4-7 days for domestic after confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation message through email or WhatsApp/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

No, COD is not available.
We accept prepaid payments only for faster and safer dispatching.

Yes, KitVana ships across all locations in India  through reliable courier partners.

Yes, after dispatch, we send a tracking ID and link so you can track your package easily.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Exchange is allowed only for:

  • Size issue

  • Color mismatch (if different from the ordered product)

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must pass inspection after return pickup

  • First exchange is free (no reverse shipping charges).

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • After one exchange is completed, no further exchange requests will be accepted.

  • If any additional issue is requested after the first exchange, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

If the requested size is unavailable, an alternate size (if available) or store credit may be offered.

We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

COD is not available.

Yes, all payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways to ensure complete safety.

Banks usually reverse failed payments within 2–4 business days.
If not, share your payment reference ID with us for assistance.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
